Position Title： Client Relations Officer， CA

Position Location： IDP China in Shanghai

Position goals
1、To assist to build up the right product positioning for IDP Canada Product Line
2、To provide professional support to branches and national team
3、To communicate with clients and onshore team
4、To facilitate branches to achieve performance target
 
Key Responsibilities
1、Assist to develop product marketing strategy for Canada section
2、Assist to conduct client school analysis and marketing plan/business scorecard for key clients
3、Assist to design and execute Canada counseling and marketing tool
4、Coordinate and communicate with onshore team
5、Assist to manage key clients relation
6、Assist to identify and develop IDP China Canada product positioning strategy
7、Work with local and online marketing team in all kinds of campaigns including but not limited to educational events and online campaigns. As a key stakeholder to provide Canada counseling team with clearly articulated product selling points
8、Support the counseling training & development with effective knowledge sharing
9、Meet with representatives of Canada institutions, and share educational knowledge, information, and experiences with team
10、Conduct survey and research initiatively
 
Key Relationships within the organization
1、IDP China Destination Manager, Canada: Client Relations Officer, CA, will work with Destination Managers, to formulize IDP China Canada Product Strategy and to communicate with Canada clients and onshore team.
2、IDP China Canada Counseling team: Client Relations Officer, CA, will coordinate with Canada Counselors for client related issue, training and project needs.
3、IDP China central and local marketing team: Client Relations Officer, Canada，with work with central and local marketing team for Canada product daily promotion and specific campaign.

Expected Qualifications
1、A minimum of 1 year working experience in education related industry;
2、Experiences in research and reporting;
3、Basic understanding of education system in Canada; 
4、University graduate is required with good command of English (Spoken and reading), at least IELTS 6.5 equivalents;
5、Highly self-motivated and possess good skills in presentation and coaching
6、Experience of studying and living in Canada is a plus
