Position Location: IDP項(xiàng)目辦公室 Office (Beijing)
Position goals:

· Manage marketing communication of IDP項(xiàng)目辦公室 brand to contribute to the brand building of IDP項(xiàng)目辦公室 and business growth in China market.

Key Responsibilities:

l  Develop effective marketing materials to enhance IDP項(xiàng)目辦公室 brand image in China in line with IDP項(xiàng)目辦公室 global branding strategy;
l  Identify different communication channel to convey messages of different products to different target audience; 
l  Identify vendors for designing and producing different kinds of marketing materials from brochures, flyers, booklets, posters to promotional merchandise;
l  Manage good relationship with print and online media to make sure positive brand image of the company projected through public media;
l  Compose eNewsletter for regular distribution to potential customers and clients;
l  Compose write-ups for regular positive media exposure;
l  Co-ordinate with Online Marketing team to develop online marketing campaign to enhance IDP項(xiàng)目辦公室’s on-line marketing capability;
l  Maintain IDP項(xiàng)目辦公室 China weibo and other social media accounts;
l  Work closely with colleagues in Marketing Department of IDP項(xiàng)目辦公室 regional offices to ensure successful implementation of all marketing events and support national marketing events when necessary.

Expected Qualifications:

· University graduated, Marketing preferred; overseas study experience preferred.
· 2 years of experiences in a business operation environment (Sales & Marketing) with no less than 1 years in marketing communication;
· Strong organization, communication and inter-personal skills;
· Very good command of news writing and exploring skills;
· Good command of English (Spoken and written);
· Good taste on design 
· Experience in Advertising/PR company is a plus
· Mature and superior interpersonal skills
