This position reports to: Chief Counselor, US/Canada Department

Position Location: IDP項(xiàng)目辦公室 Offices in Shanghai

Position goals:

• Help students successfully complete application process of studying in US/Canada/UK/Australia by providing marketing and administrative assistance to counselors and editors in the US/Canada Department
• Work closely with counselors in US/Canada Department to ensure successful accomplishment of the application process and visa coaching of all assigned students;

Key Responsibilities:

• Help students to prepare application materials, provide application related information , and collect all documents, and courier those materials to institutions;
• Assist students to complete online application/paper application and paying application fee according to the application requirements;
• Arrange visa interview for students, coach interview skills when necessary;
• Assist students to make international travel arrangements after visa is obtained;
• Provide translation of application documents where necessary;
• Maintain student database, student files and compile reporting documents;
• Conduct research about different subjects/majors from institutions' websites;
• Organize marketing materials of US/Canada clients; make sure the brochure display area is tidy and all brochures are displayed in good order;
• Other tasks assigned to the position holder.

Expected Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-year working experiences in processing of overseas study application;
• Previous experience as assistant, customer service, editor, English teacher, or translator is preferred; ;
• University graduate in Business English, English Language or another related subjects is required with good command of English (Spoken and reading), at least CET 6 equivalents
• Be responsible, proactive and detail-focused;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Familiar with Office application software;
• Knowledge of international education particularly the education system of the US/Canada/UK/Australia is plus.
