IDP China Job Description Form

　　Position Title: Product Manager for Canada (產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理/加拿大留學(xué))

　　This position reports to: National Marketing Manager

　　Position Location: IDP Offices in Shanghai (to be confirmed)

　　Position Goals:

　　• To build up the right product positioning for IDP’s study in Canada service

　　• To clearly differentiate IDP’s Study in Canada service against competitors

　　• To deliver professional knowledge and skill training to IDP Canada counselors

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　• Identify and develop product selling strategies with a in-depth understanding of China marketing for “Study in Canada” service

　　• To work with IDP’s Canada client relation team for effective client acquisition strategy and facilitate in client acquisition process

　　• To work with marketing team in all kinds of campaigns including but not limited to educational events and online campaigns. As a key stakeholder to provide Canada counseling team with clearly articulated product selling points

　　• Support the counseling training & development with effective knowledge sharing

　　• Act as key coordinator for North Asia country team for Canada client and product related discussions

　　Expected Qualifications:

　　• A minimum of 3 years working experiences as a counselor in a studying overseas agent with proven track record of a successful counselor;

　　• Solid experiences in managing product related issues in the area of marketing

　　• Have in-depth understanding of education system in the Canada with up-to-date information of programs and courses offered by institutions;

　　• University graduate in Education, English Language or another related subjects is required with good command of English (Spoken and reading), at least IELTS 6.5 equivalents;

　　• Highly self-motivated and possess good skills in presentation and coaching

　　• Experience of studying and living in the Canada is a plus;
