Position Location:IDP項目辦公室 Beijing

Position goals:

• Assist Senior Marketing Manager to build IDP項目辦公室’s brand and increase market share in assigned China region via execution of the marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Marketing Manager to develop annual marketing plans in conjunction with national business development strategy and local management;
• Identifying appropriate above-the-line and below-the-line strategies and tactics to increase the brand awareness of IDP項目辦公室;
• Develop and implement key marketing campaigns (includes promotion, exhibition, forum, seminar etc.);
• Initiating and developing key projects to improve students experience with IDP項目辦公室;
• Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities, consumer behaviors, and promotion tools and give recommendation to the result of analysis;
• Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure the execution of the promotional campaigns;
• Develop event-related promotional materials in line with corporate branding guideline;
• Be willing to take any assigned project by supervisor.

Key Relationships within the organization:

• Marketing team: the Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing team members in implementing effective marketing strategies in Northern China, and also be key counterpart in promoting IDP項目辦公室 brand image with counseling team.

Key Measurement for this position:

• # of leads (inquiries), # of marketing programs and activities facilitated

Expected Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years working experiences in advertising, marketing, public relations or channel development;
• University degree obtained from recognized institutions from the United States is highly preferred;
• University graduate in marketing/management/advertising;
• Very good command of English (Spoken and written);
• Have an acute sense of the market and understand the trends and implications of the collected information.  Strong interpersonal communication skills;
• Have an ability to coordinate among departments to attain the business goals;
• MNC experiences in FMCG, Banking, Consulting is highly preferred;
• Experience in international education arena is a plus.
