第一排名：
如果以泰晤士報(bào)為例，這個(gè)排名更多側(cè)重本科學(xué)生數(shù)據(jù)為參數(shù)樣本，沒有對(duì)人力資源做更細(xì)致的排名，最接近的是商業(yè)研究排名?？墒沁@個(gè)專業(yè)聚集太多的金融，管理，市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等，實(shí)在看不出人力資源的真實(shí)排名。因此只能做為一個(gè)參考而已。
要是以RAE這個(gè)官方研究排名為例，這里主要是針對(duì)研究生的數(shù)據(jù)的，對(duì)研究生最有參考價(jià)值。RAE數(shù)據(jù)采集是以系為單位的，人力資源還沒達(dá)到成立獨(dú)立系的地位。因此這個(gè)也是個(gè)混合排名。仍然是以商業(yè)管理的排名作為參考。所以說，對(duì)于這2個(gè)主流排名都無法真實(shí)衡量和參考人力資源的擇校參考，我們?cè)搮⒖际裁茨兀课矣X得從學(xué)校課程設(shè)置等內(nèi)涵去發(fā)現(xiàn)做一個(gè)區(qū)分。
 
第二，適合哪些小伙伴讀？
很多人恐怕都簡(jiǎn)單的知道，不管什么專業(yè)背景的，都可以讀HRM專業(yè)。其實(shí)非也，非也。有一種HRM課程相對(duì)比較有深度的，是需要相關(guān)專業(yè)背景，而且工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的，不然學(xué)習(xí)起來會(huì)比較吃力，因此凡是第2種就要注意你的背景。不是的話，學(xué)校會(huì)不接受。
 
人力資源管理是一門非常專業(yè)的課程
1、如果你喜歡和人打交道，喜歡幫助別人實(shí)現(xiàn)他們的目標(biāo)，樂于參加集體體育項(xiàng)目、俱樂部活動(dòng)、家教，喜歡咨詢，那你可能會(huì)喜歡這個(gè)專業(yè)。
2、如果你擅長(zhǎng)咨詢、傾聽，有協(xié)商能力、組織能力、定量分析能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力、口頭表達(dá)能力，為人耐心，那你很適合學(xué)習(xí)這個(gè)專業(yè)。
 
人力資源專業(yè)認(rèn)證
在英聯(lián)邦國(guó)家，大部分職業(yè)都會(huì)有一個(gè)或多個(gè)專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)，組織業(yè)內(nèi)人士，同時(shí)對(duì)大學(xué)的相關(guān)課程進(jìn)行評(píng)估和認(rèn)定。例如，會(huì)計(jì)師在英國(guó)有ACCA，澳大利亞有CPA。同樣，英國(guó)的人力資源協(xié)會(huì)（The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, CIPD）是從事人力管理和發(fā)展職業(yè)專業(yè)人士的組織。它的目的是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)以及推廣在人力管理和發(fā)展領(lǐng)域優(yōu)秀的理論，并推動(dòng)其應(yīng)用，為成員提供專業(yè)的指導(dǎo)以及保持在這一領(lǐng)域最高的職業(yè)水平。CIPD代表在英國(guó)和愛爾蘭從事人力資源管理和發(fā)展的11萬8千多名從業(yè)者。經(jīng)過CIPD認(rèn)證的人力資源碩士課程代表了在人力資源管理和發(fā)展領(lǐng)域的最高水平。

如果你確實(shí)決定選擇HRM，那你可以考慮英國(guó)的兩類大學(xué)：
1.傳統(tǒng)類，其特點(diǎn)是專業(yè)設(shè)置偏向傳統(tǒng)科目，像MMU, UMIST, LSE這些學(xué)校的課程設(shè)置就數(shù)第一類。這些學(xué)校的課程大多屬于英國(guó)經(jīng)典傳統(tǒng)的人力資源課程，比如像Employment Law等。這類課程大多與英國(guó)或者歐盟的人力資源管理緊密結(jié)合，應(yīng)該屬于接近或者說類似于案例教學(xué)的一種課程設(shè)置。
2.實(shí)用類（以曼大為代表），特點(diǎn)是專業(yè)設(shè)置非常實(shí)用，沒有不必要的基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科和對(duì)中國(guó)人來說毫無用途的英國(guó)法律，課程設(shè)置比較靈活，除了必修課以外，各人可以根據(jù)自己的特點(diǎn)和方向選擇系內(nèi)所有其他課程作為選修課，其中不乏非常精彩的經(jīng)典課程，課程名字為：HumanResource Management （International Development） MSc
