根據(jù)7月13日UKVI的新政策公布，張老師列舉了些對(duì)T4學(xué)生簽證有影響的細(xì)節(jié)變化供大家參考。請(qǐng)大家在簽證或者續(xù)簽的時(shí)候一定注意各個(gè)要求是否滿足，另外今年內(nèi)政部重新提出了是否有恢復(fù)工作簽證的可能性，讓我們一起期待下吧：

        （1）學(xué)生續(xù)簽時(shí)資金要求，取消之前的 ‘established presence’ provision 也就是無(wú)論學(xué)生續(xù)簽是否在英國(guó)都必須滿足資金要求。

英文原文：

        The ‘established presence’ provision is being removed, so that all students mustshow they have sufficient funds to support themselves throughout the durationof their remaining study, or for up to nine months. This is to ensure that allmigrants can demonstrate they can maintain and accommodate themselves forthe full duration of their course, or up to nine months, whichever is shorter.

        (2) 學(xué)生不能僅僅靠著不停轉(zhuǎn)換專業(yè)進(jìn)而達(dá)到延長(zhǎng)英國(guó)簽證的目的。

        "... that students cannot repeatedly extend their leave to study unrelatedcourses solely into prolong their stay in the UK. Applicants applying to complete aPhD or other doctoral qualification may continue to study at the same level. "

        (3) publicly-funded further education colleges 的學(xué)生將不能兼職工作。

英文原文：

        “This change will remove work rights from new students applying to study at publicly-funded further education colleges. Changes to work entitlements in 2011recognised that non-compliance was lower among public further education college students than those at private colleges. Students at public further education colleges kept limited work rights (10 hours a week, and full-time outside term-time), while those at private colleges were prevented from working at all. Patterns of noncompliance in the student migration system have now changed, and there is an emerging trend of immigration abuse amongst publicly funded college students. This change will reduce the attractiveness of these provisions to those intending to abuse the immigration system by working rather than studying. ”

        (4) 就讀College學(xué)生將無(wú)法轉(zhuǎn)為任何其他point-based簽證，或者續(xù)簽Tier 4。

        "Tier 4 (General) Students at colleges are being prevented from extending their stay in Tier 4 or switching into any other points-based route, unless they are studying at a college recognized by the Home Office as an embedded college offering pathway programs designed to prepare students for entry to a higher education course. This change is designed to encourage college students to leave the UK at the end of their course, in order to reduce net migration. Students at other colleges, who wish to goon to study in a UK university, may do so by applying for leave to enter from outside the UK. " 

        內(nèi)政部長(zhǎng)Amber Rudd 認(rèn)為，曾經(jīng)對(duì)非歐盟移民啟用的積分移民系統(tǒng)被證明效率很低，政府不排除重新引入Work Permit機(jī)制限制歐盟移民。

        Work permits among Brexit options, home secretary says

        Work permits are among the post-Brexit migration curbs being considered but any changes must be good for the UK economy, the home secretary has said.

        Amber Rudd told the BBC the work permit proposal "certainly has value" but nothing was being ruled out.

        But she accepted EU nations could choose to impose new restrictions, including requiring Britons having to apply for visas to travel.

        Ms Rudd said it was a "given" people voted Leave to reduce immigration.

        Speaking on the Andrew Marr Show, Ms Rudd reiterated the prime minister's dismissal of a points-based system to control EU migration championed by Brexit campaigners in the build-up to the referendum, saying it "simply doesn't work".
